Communication: Receive a courtesy call before delivery to confirm the time, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience. On the day of delivery, you will receive a courtesy call or text with a more specific arrival time and another call 30–60 minutes before the Delivery & Assembly Team arrives.
In-home Room of Choice Delivery:The Delivery & Assembly Team will deliver your furniture to the room of your choice, ensuring it is placed exactly where you want it.
Unboxing & Professional Assembly: The Team will assemble the bed for you, which can include putting on legs or attaching other parts, so you can enjoy your new luxury furniture without any hassle. The assembled bed is placed in the exact spot you want it in the room.
Packaging Removal and Recycling: All packaging materials are removed and disposed and recycled, leaving your space clean and clutter-free.
Handling with Care: The team uses care and protective measures to ensure the items are not damaged during transit and to protect your home during the delivery process, safeguarding your furniture against damage.
Additional services: We also offer optional services, such as removing your old bed for an extra fee.
Access Considerations: Please ensure the furniture you've ordered can be delivered into your home. Carefully measure the space where the furniture will be placed and assess the route our delivery team will take to bring it into your home.

Delivery Inspection
We take quality seriously. Every piece of furniture we dispatch goes through a thorough quality assessment and is double-checked against your order specifications.
While damages or discrepancies are rare, they can occur. That’s why we ask that you carefully inspect your items once our Delivery and Assembly Team has unwrapped and assembled them. You’ll be asked to confirm and sign that the products have been received in perfect condition and match your specifications.
If you’re not completely satisfied during your inspection, please inform our delivery team or contact us directly so we can address the issue immediately.

International Delivery
We are committed to providing the highest level of service for our local customers. Currently, we have not identified a logistics partner capable of maintaining these standards for international deliveries.
As a result, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or locations outside the UK at this time. However, we sincerely appreciate the international interest we receive and are happy to accept orders from abroad, provided the customer arranges collection from our warehouse on an Ex-Works basis.
Order Acknowledgement
A member of the sales team will call you within 24 hours* of receiving your order. The purpose is to confirm order details, discuss access with you and to determine an appropriate date you would like to receive your order. Your order will be scheduled for production following this call.

Delivery Confirmation
Our logistics team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. You’ll be provided with a 4-hour delivery window. Once confirmed, your order will be scheduled for delivery, and the picking and packing process will begin. In some cases, delivery confirmation may be provided alongside the order acknowledgement.
Before Delivery
Your two-man delivery team will call you 30 minutes to an hour before your order arrives.
Delivery & Assembly
Your two-man delivery team will deliver your new furniture to your room of choice. They will have the expertise & tools to help you unpack and assemble your furniture professionally. We'll go the extra mile at no additional charge.

Access Check
There’s nothing more disappointing than eagerly anticipating your delivery, only to discover that your furniture won’t fit through your home’s access points.
We kindly ask you to take into account any narrow hallways, low doorways, ceilings, or dog-leg stairs. Please ensure that hallways, staircases, and rooms are clear of furniture, personal items, and clutter (such as clothes or shoes).
If our delivery team is unable to safely move the furniture to your desired room, we can either leave it in a convenient location for you or take it back with us (additional fees may apply).
